LPN, 24 hours per week, 7p-7a with rotating weekends & holidays

$5,000 Sign On Bonus

EC – Serving residents in a long term care setting.

• Deliver direct patient care, administer prescribed medication and treatments to patient
• Compile, compare and record patient care information
• Contribute to the assessment of patient condition and communicate any changes
• Attend shift report at beginning and end of each shift to ensure good communication between nursing members
• Collaborate with clinical services team to deliver excellent patient care
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families and patient

• Strong commitment & dedication to Madonna and the patients we serve
• Friendly, caring and professional demeanor to achieve an excellent patient/customer experience for individuals going through difficult experiences
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to challenging situations
• What to make a difference in the lives of rehabilitation patients and their families

• Active LPN license in state of Nebraska
• CPR certification
• One year clinical experience preferred
