- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Observe, document, and report changes in residents' conditions
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality care
- Current California CNA Certification
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is preferred but not required
