We’re currently hiring a Med Aide
- Full Time Days who is passionate about helping others and providing the best possible care. This position is a Full-Time 12-hour shift from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. and requires working every other weekend and every other holiday.

• Safely administer medications according to the physician’s orders and residents’ care plans.
• Accurately document medication administration and maintain records in our system.
• Observe residents for any changes in condition, side effects, or concerns, and promptly report to nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, providing compassion and dignity in every interaction.
• Build meaningful connections with residents, families, and your fellow team members.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive community environment where everyone feels valued.

• Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification (or equivalent, depending on state requirements).
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in serving older adults.
• Basic computer skills for medication tracking and documentation.
