Endoscopic Registered Nurse PRN

Job Overview

Midwest Physicians Surgery Center is hiring an Endoscopic Registered Nurse on a PRN basis. The position requires weekdays only—no holidays, weekends, or on‑call duties. Some later evenings may be required. No weekends, no holidays, no call!

The facility provides care for patients undergoing Upper and Lower endoscopy procedures with no advance procedures. The RN will provide pre‑procedure, intra‑procedure, and post‑procedure care.

• Conduct pre‑procedure assessments and ensure patient readiness for endoscopy.
• Assist during upper and lower endoscopic procedures, monitoring patient status and assisting the endoscopist.
• Provide post‑procedure care, including monitoring vital signs and patient recovery, and ensuring safe discharge.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and procedural records.

• High School Graduate or GED.
• One year experience as an endoscopy tech.
• Good IV skills required.
• Current Certification in CPR.
• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Current RN unrestricted license.
