Role
Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ER environment.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to assess and care for patients
- Perform patient care tasks, delegate duties, and supervise staff
- Coordinate care plans for assigned patients
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal outcomes
- Adhere to policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Minimum 1 year of applicable emergency nursing experience
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- Current Basic Life Support certification (AHA or Red Cross)
- Registered Nurse license (MO) through NURSYS
- Strong teamwork, communication, multitasking, and troubleshooting skills
- Patient-centered, self-driven, and motivated with a focus on exceptional care
- Part-time position (evenings)
- Opportunities for professional development, continuing education, and career advancement
- Work in a facility certified as a Primary Stroke Center and AMI Center with 24/7 cardiovascular services
