ResponsibilitiesUtilize the nursing process to perform patient care, delegate tasks, supervise staff, coordinate care plans, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Participate in a nurse residency program based on the Transition to Practice model, pairing new nurses with experienced mentors and educators to develop clinical skills and professional behaviors.
Qualifications & Skills- Less than 1 year of experience
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- Basic Life Support certification
- Registered Nurse licensure
