Retail Department Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high‑quality patient care at the Saint Elizabeth Emergency Department, a Level 3 Trauma Center located in Nebraska. The role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with a wide range of medical needs, including emergency, trauma, stroke, burn, and pediatric cases.

• Deliver the highest quality patient care according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient conditions and assess needs continuously.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and provide treatments as directed by physicians.
• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for patients and their families.

Base rate + shift differential. Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000 and education assistance up to $10,000 (must have graduated within 5 years). Tuition reimbursement: $5,525 for full‑time and $2,750 for part‑time.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Nebraska.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Experience as a Registered Nurse preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Specialty certification (e.g., PCCN, CCRN, CNOR, CEN) preferred.
• Additional certification or licensure may be required for some specialty areas.

Considering Experienced RNs with 1–2 years of experience only.
