Licensed Practical Nurse Lincoln

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate, high‑quality care in a skilled nursing environment.

• Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans.
• Administering medications, wound care, and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitoring vital signs, documenting progress, and reporting changes.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Ensuring compliance with facility policies, infection control, and safety protocols.
• Providing emotional support and education to residents and families.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals for coordinated care.

• Valid LPN/LVN license in Nebraska or Multi‑State.
• Graduation from an accredited LPN/LVN program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform assessments, administer medications, and provide wound care.
• Physical ability to lift patients and stand for extended periods.
