As an LPN Charge Nurse
, you will lead our nursing team to deliver high-quality care in our state‑of‑the‑art facility.

• Provide direct resident care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and assessing patient conditions.
• Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the nursing team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor patient progress, identifying and addressing any concerns or issues.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment.
• Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and communication.

• Currently licensed as an LPN in the state of Nebraska.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
