This assignment offers flexible 2-hour to 8-hour day shifts, allowing you to create a schedule that fits your lifestyle while earning $75 per hour delivering high-quality care to patients in their homes.

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes according to individualized care plans
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor health status changes
• Administer medications, treatments, wound care, and other prescribed therapies
• Educate patients and family members on disease management, medications, and healthy living practices
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory requirements
• Ensure patient safety and promote independence in the home environment
• Respond effectively to patient concerns and changes in condition

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience, preferably in Home Health, Med-Surg, Rehabilitation, or a related setting
• Active Nebraska RN license
• Current BLS certification required
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple patient visits effectively
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license may be required
