Role Overview:
This position involves providing high-quality, patient-centered peri-operative care as a Registered Nurse, evaluating patients before surgery, educating families, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patient condition, prepare patients with IV therapy and medications, participate in surgical site verification, respond to emergencies, and document care thoroughly.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, applying critical thinking and evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support within six months
- Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills, ability to work independently, and commitment to safety and quality care.
On-call during non-business hours, predictable scheduling, and continuous investment in equipment and workflow improvements.
