Role
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) providing one-on-one care in a school setting.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care for students with medical needs such as trach, vent, G-tube feedings, seizure monitoring, personal care, and diabetic care.
- Assist with transportation by riding the bus with the patient if required.
- Current LPN/LVN licensure in the practicing state.
- Valid Health Certificate, PPD or Chest X-Ray, and BLS certification.
- Preferred: at least one year of LVN/LPN experience.
Deliver specialized nursing care tailored to the student's medical needs, ensuring safety and well-being in the school environment.
