Shearwater Systems LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Quality Manager to join our team in Lee’s Summit, MO. The role is on-site at USCIS NRC or HBG FSF as appropriate and leads quality audits and training.
The successful candidate will manage a team of auditors, develop analyses and reports, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with government and contractor teams. Citizenship, clearance preferred, Six Sigma Black Belt required.
