Quality Manager
This position requires an active Secret clearance.
The Quality Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all quality assurance and quality control activities in support of USCIS operations at the National Records Center (NRC) or the Harrisonburg File Storage Facility (HBG FSF). This role provides on-site leadership for quality auditors and tutors, ensures compliance with Government regulations, policies, and internal procedures, and supports continuous process improvement across all task areas.
The Quality Manager monitors performance metrics, identifies risks and trends, and implements corrective actions to maintain service quality and contractual compliance.

Responsibilities- The Quality Manager shall be onsite at the requested office location at USCIS National Records Center (NRC) or USCIS Harrisonburg File Storage Facility (HBG FSF), as appropriate, and be responsible for all Quality activities within task areas.
- The Quality Manager will lead a team of quality auditors and tutors to perform all audit and training functions. Travel will not be paid for by USCIS.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
- At a minimum, must have three (3) years of experience in managing quality control operations. The QM must have demonstrated experience in preparing and monitoring internal procedures for adherence to Government regulations and policies and coordinating operational and administrative actions.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following disciplines is required: program management, business or public administration, production/operations/manufacturing/quality management, technical management, information systems, engineering, or finance/accounting.
- Must possess, or successfully obtain within 180 days of contract award, a Six Sigma Black Belt certification, as certified by one of the following accreditation bodies: the American Society for Quality ((Use the "Apply for this Job" box below).), the International Association for Six Sigma Certification (), or the Council for Six Sigma Certification ().
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
