Responsibilities
  • Deliver and install lockboxes and signs at property locations to ensure listings are easily accessible and professionally marked, supporting a smooth showing experience for agents and buyers.
  • Pick up and drop off important documents and paperwork to keep transactions moving efficiently and on schedule by handling time‑sensitive materials promptly.
  • Deliver pop‑by gifts to clients to help strengthen client relationships and maintain top‑of‑mind awareness through thoughtful, personalized touches.
  • Assist agents with home showings to enhance the client experience by providing additional support during property tours and maintaining a professional presence.
  • Maintain and organize real estate supplies and marketing materials to ensure the team is well‑equipped and presents a polished brand image at all times.
  • Run errands as needed to support team operations, providing flexibility and responsiveness that allow agents to stay focused on client service and sales activities.
  • Engage with clients and vendors in a warm, personable, and professional manner to create positive interactions that reflect well on the team and contribute to long‑term client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain one quickly) to allow greater flexibility in supporting showings and other licensed activities.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, required for daily travel to various property and office locations.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, needed to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, representing the team in a polished and approachable way during all client and vendor interactions.
  • Friendly, personable, and client‑focused attitude, helping create a positive experience and lasting impression for clients and partners.
  • Strong communication skills, essential for coordinating with team members, clients, and service providers clearly and effectively.
  • Tech‑savvy and comfortable using basic apps and tools (e.g., GPS, messaging apps, calendar scheduling), supporting smooth coordination and communication while on the go.
  • Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic, able to work independently and take initiative without constant supervision.
  • Flexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekends, to support the dynamic schedule of real estate activities.
