Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
  • Butchering experience required; scratch kitchen experience preferred
  • Passion for culinary excellence and a team-driven kitchen culture
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Calm, organized, and composed under pressure
  • Professional appearance and dependable work ethic
Executive Chef Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate all back-of-house team members, overseeing operations and food production
  • Train and mentor kitchen leaders and staff to uphold quality and consistency
  • Oversee butchering, portion control, and ensure daily execution of quality recipes
  • Maintain high standards for kitchen cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance
  • Interview, hire, and develop team members to achieve staffing goals
  • Manage ordering of produce, seafood, and other supplies
  • Conduct accurate bi-weekly inventory counts
  • Collaborate with management to consistently deliver an outstanding guest experience
