Ancho & Agave is hiring Servers to help us create the ultimate dining experience for our guests. If you love serving people and know how to wow with your customer service, we want you on our team!

Position:
Server (4237) at Ancho & Agave. This is a part-time role with opportunities for growth.

New location opening in the Summit Fair shopping center this Fall. Apply now. Hiring office open at 880 NW Blue Pkwy, Unit E for interviews and walk-in applicants. Office hours are Tuesday through Saturday 10am to 6pm.

• Greet guests and provide menu assistance
• Present menu specials and answer questions about ingredients and items
• Take orders and deliver food and beverages
• Ensure guests have an excellent dining experience and a warm, friendly service
• Maintain guest retention, cleanliness, and sanitation; perform side work as required
• Collaborate with team and report thoroughly to management
• Handle cash and credit payments

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Server in a table-service restaurant (preferred)
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Valid alcohol certification
• Effective English communication (verbal and written)
• Knowledge of wine & spirits
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge
• Working knowledge of point-of-sale systems
• High stamina to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
