We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Concession Workers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently will contribute to a positive experience for our guests.

• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS, for order processing.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the concession area in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Assist customers with menu selections, upselling items to enhance their experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management.
• Assist in bussing tables and maintaining a tidy dining area as needed.

• Previous experience in food service or a quick service/fast food restaurant is preferred.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
• Culinary experience is a plus, along with knowledge of retail math for effective sales management.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
• Experience with cashiering and operating POS systems is highly desirable.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude.

Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
