Culinary Services Associate- PT - Part-Time 1st Shift

Serve up great food and even better experiences as a Culinary Services Associate on our day shift team! You’ll create a warm, restaurant-style atmosphere for residents while supporting meal service, setup, and hospitality throughout the day. Position Summary

The Culinary Services Associate supports our dining services team by creating a welcoming, restaurant-style experience for residents and guests. This role assists with meal service, food preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment while providing friendly, attentive customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Set up dining rooms and service areas for meals and special events
• Take resident meal orders and serve food and beverages in a timely, courteous manner
• Prepare beverages, salads, desserts, and other simple items as assigned
• Ensure residents receive the correct meals according to dietary needs and preferences
• Bus tables, wash dishes, and sanitize work areas
• Stock supplies and assist with receiving and storing deliveries
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines
• Work collaboratively with dietary, nursing, and life enrichment teams to support resident satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for customer service
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Previous food service experience is helpful but not required - we will train the right person
