Promptly take food and beverage orders and deliver service to residents and guests in a courteous, accurate, and efficient manner;
Maintain a clean and sanitary work area by washing pots, pans, and utensils used in meal preparation, following all food safety standards;
Clear, sanitize, and reset tables; dispose of trash and clean containers; and complete daily checklists to ensure kitchen and dining areas are consistently maintained;
Assist with catering, room service, special events, and marketing functions, ensuring smooth execution and resident satisfaction;
Accurately follow recipes and ingredient labels to ensure proper preparation and consistency of food and beverages
