Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) Success Routine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers and Service are completed.;
Ensure all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned positions and maintain a neat appearance in uniform.;
Greet customers, resolve customer complaints quickly, and maintain positive customer relations.;
Oversee product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking and holding times to ensure food safety and quality.;
Provide regular feedback to the RGM, participate in Team Member training, and handle conflicts to maintain a productive environment.
