Are you a Lead Server II looking to work for an amazing organization by serving others and connecting with your co-workers? Immanuel Communities is seeking a Full Time Day Server to work at Yankee Hill Village located at 8401 South 33rd Street, Lincoln, NE 68516. Yankee Hill Village has 47 independent living, 59 assisted living and 16 memory support apartment homes.

The schedule for this position is 6:30 A.M. to 2:00 P.M., five days a week. Weekend availability required with alternating weekends. This position will pay up to $18.31/hour. Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

• Lead within the dining room services during daytime shifts, working independently.
• Prepare tables for meals, refill containers, clear dishes, and handle food safely.
• Attend to residents’ needs, take phone orders, and ensure other servers are completing tasks in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Facilitate a pleasant dining experience for residents and guests who dine at the community.

• One (1) year dining room serving experience is required.
