You are the first person the guest sees. We are looking for an energetic and personable individual to fill this position. The host/hostess greets guests at the door, seats guests, presents clean menus, quotes wait times, and ensures comfort while waiting.

• Greets guests with a smile and presents menus as they are seated.
• Treats all guests to ensure complete satisfaction, always striving to exceed expectations.
• Takes names on a waiting list.
• Runs the floor plan board.
• Observes tables and tracks clean, dirty, and occupied tables.
• Takes guest information and quotes wait times accurately when tables are not immediately available.
• Cleans, organizes, and stocks menus at host area.
• Answers phone and addresses questions concerning the menu and restaurant.
• Interacts with guests as they arrive and as they leave to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Maintains restrooms throughout shift.
• Sweeps foyer and front entrance area frequently.
• Performs other duties as directed.
