Join Falcon Farms as a part‑time flower merchandiser and bring color and joy to our customers’ lives through beautiful floral arrangements. As a Flower Merchandiser, you will have a direct impact on every store you visit, ensuring that our flowers are perfectly displayed to delight every shopper.

• Pay: $18.00 per hour.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 7:00 am–12:00 pm;
  Saturday 7:00 am–10:00 am.
• Paid training to become an expert in flower handling.
• Mobile phone allowance to stay connected.

• Daily Commitment:
  • Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
  • Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
  • Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
  • Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support During Festive Seasons:
  • During key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, ensure each store is prepared for the festive demand.
• Department Resets:
  • Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Teamwork: Support teammates with special activities when needed.

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability during peak season (November to May).
