Department Lead – Western & Workwear (The Fort)
Full-Time | 40 hrs/week
We re looking for a motivated Department Lead to drive sales, support the team, and take ownership of their department.
What You ll Do- Prioritize customer service and selling
- Lead by example and support team success
- Merchandise product and build displays
- Maintain department appearance and standards
- Stay current on fashion and trends
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn
- Driven to meet and exceed expectations
- Takes pride and responsibility in their work
- Builds strong customer relationships

- Flexible and dependable (nights/weekends)
