Handle returns, zone area, organize merchandise, and identify shrink and damages;
Provide member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing receipts, assisting with purchases and locating merchandise;
Maintain self-checkout area and resolve member issues, promote products and services, assist with transactions and different payment types;
Assist with safeguarding Sam's Club assets by monitoring for potential criminal activity and maintaining logs and documentation; execute emergency procedures;
Assist with training of Member Frontline Service associates on processes, new technology, and program rollouts.
