Responsibilities
- Ensures area of responsibility is maintained in accordance with Company policies and procedures by properly handling returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages.
- Provides member service at exit areas and self‑checkout areas: reviewing receipts, acknowledging members, identifying member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise, resolving issues, promoting products, supporting self‑service technology, processing purchases, and assisting with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies.
- Secures and safeguards Sam's Club assets and property by observing potential criminal activity, maintaining paperwork and logs, executing emergency response procedures, and ensuring compliance with security and safety practices.
- Assists with training Member Frontline Service associates on company processes and procedures, teaching new technology and tool functionality, delivering new program rollout training, and providing continuous learning and process improvement opportunities.
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, using the Open Door Policy and applying related action plans.
- Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co‑workers, customers, and business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress; recommending improvement opportunities; and adapting to change and feedback.
- Retail experience, including operating front‑end equipment (e.g., cash register).
- Experience working with mobile retail applications.

Additional compensation:
Premiums of $0.35–$3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
