Compensation
The actual hourly rate equals or exceeds the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Pay ranges from $16 to $29 per hour.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
