As an Outfitter, you recommend gear and products that help customers reach their goals. Your role centers on customer service, building relationships with customers, vendors, and peers, and ensuring a personalized shopping experience.

Hours may vary based on schedule. Position requires moving around for 2‑4 hours without rest breaks, using point‑of‑sale computers, moderate‑to‑heavy lifting (10‑25+ lb), bending, and reaching overhead. Work environment includes communication with customers, working in a retail setting with product displays, stockroom inventory, and potentially slippery surfaces.
