YOUR ROLE

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company and you're proud of it! You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest.

Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

• You use the AEO Selling Model to engage every guest, helping them find exactly what they're looking for with a "friends first" mindset. (We’ll teach you everything you need to know.)
• You are passionate about AE & Aerie products, educating guests on product details and suggesting fitting items.
• You introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• You are flexible across the Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• As an innovative problem solver, you proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• As a team player, you assist your team in achieving staffing goals.
• You act with integrity and adhere to AEO’s policies and procedures.

• You love interacting with people.
• You are energetic and can manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have prior retail experience.
• You are at least 16 years of age.

• Actual starting pay is determined by factors such as relevant experience and location.
