Description Of Work

The Sr. Retail Associate is an integral part of the success of our East Campus Herbie’s Market team. In this role you will manage and lead the store operations and provide excellent customer service to all patrons.

As the Sr. Retail Associate you will be responsible for:

• Hiring, training, and supervising student employees
• Ordering and maintaining inventory
• Basic accounting duties such as reconciling sales receipts, cash controls, and inventory balancing
• Ensure that the store meets the presentation standards by cleaning and sanitizing equipment

Schedule may vary due to the needs of the store.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• High school or equivalent experience
• 2 years retail food service experience.
• Ability to read, write, weigh and measure necessary.
• Ability to communicate essential.

Preferred Qualifications

• Supervisory experience preferred.

Posted Salary $16.51/hr minimum
