The Senior Retail Associate is an integral part of the success of our Abel Hall Herbie’s Market team. In this role you will manage and lead the store operations and provide excellent customer service to all patrons.

• Hiring, training, and supervising student employees
• Ordering and maintaining inventory
• Basic accounting duties such as reconciling sales receipts, cash controls, and inventory balancing
• Ensure that the store meets the presentation standards by cleaning and sanitizing equipment

Schedule may vary due to the needs of the store.
