Construction​/Roofing Sales Representative

Job Overview

We’re hiring a Construction / Roofing Sales Representative to drive residential and light commercial roofing sales. This role focuses on generating new business, managing customer relationships, and supporting projects from initial contact through contract signing.

• Generate and manage roofing sales leads through canvassing, referrals, and inbound inquiries
• Meet with homeowners and property owners to assess roofing needs
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and scopes for roofing projects
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth project handoff
• Follow up with prospects and customers to close sales and maintain relationships

• Experience in roofing, construction sales, or in-home sales preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously
• Comfortable working in the field and meeting customers face-to-face
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
