Project Quotations Coordinator
Rensenhouse exists to work with local manufacturers and those that support them to understand what it is they do, how they do it, and why they do it the way that they do. As those facilities want to be faster, safer, or more sustainable, it is our job to combine new technologies, expertise, systems, and services to help them achieve their goals and ensure our partners are operating at a level to outproduce their competition and the rest of the world.
We are looking for Technical Project Managers to help make all of this possible and help our customers achieve their goals!
The Project Quotations Coordinator is a key position within the quotations process. At the start of the quotes process, the coordinator is the first person to receive and review project construction documents sent from our customer base. Once familiarized with the job and its components, the coordinator goes through a flow of tasks to request, organize, and archive data such as vendor pricing, supplemental documentation, and customer correspondence.
Following review, the coordinator constructs job packets for the quotes specialists to provide complete quotations to be submitted to our customer base. The Project Quotations Coordinator also maintains the quotations department’s central quotations hub hosted by Smartsheet, which displays all relevant information for specific jobs and provides a general overview of the workload for the weeks ahead.
