Requirements
- Proven sales experience with a track record of winning new business
- Competitive mindset motivated by targets, performance, and earnings
- Strong hunter mentality; prospecting, opening doors, and building pipeline
- Commercial construction or roofing sales experience preferred but not essential
- Able to meet clients on site, inspect roofs, and take ownership of the full sales cycle
