Business Account Manager

As a Business Account Manager at ALLO, you will play a key role in driving sales of Managed IT, Cybersecurity, Compliance, and Cloud-Based Business Phone services across our 100% Fiber Optic network. You will work with existing customers in Arizona, Colorado, Missouri, Nebraska, and beyond to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, build relationships, and move opportunities through the sales cycle to close deals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute prospecting strategies to qualify new upsell and cross-sell opportunities within ALLO’s existing client base.
  • Build value in ALLO’s product set via engaging client presentations and virtual or face‑to‑face meetings.
  • Conduct in‑person visits, phone, email, and social media outreach to prospect and nurture relationships.
  • Follow best‑practice strategies for prospecting, presentations, and order submission.
  • Attend networking events to expand reach and build a referral pipeline.
  • Work independently, self‑generating leads and maintaining accurate records in the CRM.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in sales roles requiring high‑volume prospecting and self‑generated leads.
  • Proven ability to meet weekly sales goals through CRM usage and pipeline management.
  • Demonstrated success in selling technology services to business customers.
  • Strong business acumen, excellent oral and written communication, and a professional appearance.
Skills & Knowledge
  • Problem solving and independent work with minimal oversight.
  • Relentless drive for prospecting and pursuing sales opportunities.
  • Coachable and receptive to constructive feedback.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and capable of creating professional presentations.
  • Understanding of telecommunications services, preferred but not required.
Working Conditions
  • Comfortable moving between office work, client site visits, and off‑site networking events.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, operate a computer, and remain stationary for extended periods.
  • Valid driver’s license required for client visits.
