• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow‑up.
• Assist clients with policy changes, claims, and billing inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to cross‑sell or up‑sell additional insurance products.
• Prepare quotes and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve agency goals.
• Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and relevant regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Nebraska Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain).
• Previous sales experience, preferably in insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with agency management systems.
