Position Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Field Account Manager to join a growing B2B sales team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for business clients, ensuring they are equipped with reliable fiber, voice, and cloud-based solutions to support their operations. This position focuses on building long-term partnerships, driving revenue through strategic upselling, and managing account renewals.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Serve as a dedicated consultant for a portfolio of B2B clients, aligning services with their operational needs.
- Upselling & Expansion: Identify opportunities to enhance client infrastructure, including upgrades to fiber networks, SD-WAN solutions, and hosted voice services.
- Retention & Renewals: Manage contract life cycles, proactively addressing risks and ensuring high customer retention.
- Client Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate service value and align solutions with client growth strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal engineering and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve technical issues.
- 3+ years of experience in telecom, ISP, or technology sales/account management
- Strong understanding of fiber connectivity, VoIP, or related technologies preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding upsell and retention targets
- Experience managing pipelines and forecasting within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel within an assigned territory

$58,300.00 to $81,700.00 per year
