Position: Outside Sales Representative (B2B Technology Sales)

Position Overview

Lincoln, NE & Surrounding Territory | Full‑Time

Salary: $50K–$65K expected first year + uncapped commission

Training Bonus: $6,000 during first 6 months

Protected territory – build and own your book of business

Base salary guaranteed – no draw

Clear path to $90K+ by year two

We’re hiring an Outside Sales Representative to take ownership of the Lincoln territory and help businesses improve how they operate through technology. If you’re motivated, comfortable talking to people, and want a role where your income can grow based on your activity—this is a strong entry point into B2B sales or a solid next step if you already have experience. You won’t be thrown in alone—we provide structured training, ongoing coaching, and a proven sales process to help you succeed.

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage relationships with local businesses in your assigned territory
  • Generate new business through outreach, networking, and prospecting
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the right technology solutions (print, document workflow, and related services)
  • Prepare and present proposals to decision makers
  • Close deals and grow a portfolio of long‑term clients
  • Track activity and manage your pipeline using CRM tools
  • Work with internal support teams to ensure a strong customer experience

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and people skills

Experience
  • 1–3 years of sales experience is helpful, but not required
  • Open to entry‑level candidates with the right attitude and work ethic
Other Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally within your territory
First 90 Days
  • Learn our products, sales process, and territory
  • Begin outreach and setting appointments with local businesses
  • Shadow experienced reps and receive hands‑on coaching
  • Start building your pipeline and closing your first deals
