Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Account Manager to join our clients B2B team. In this role, you will be the face of the business clients, ensuring they have the most reliable fiber, voice, and cloud solutions to power their operations. Your primary focus will be nurturing long-term partnerships, driving revenue through strategic upsells, and securing key account renewals. This role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission!
Salary: $52,000 - $73,000 per year.
Shift: First.
Work hours:
8 AM - 4 PM.
Education:
High School.
- Expansion & Upselling: Identify opportunities to upgrade client infrastructure, moving businesses to high-speed fiber, implementing advanced SD-WAN solutions, or expanding hosted voice services.
- Retention & Renewals: Proactively manage the contract renewal lifecycle, utilizing a deep understanding of the telecom landscape to mitigate churn and ensure long-term loyalty.
- ROI Advocacy: Conduct regular account reviews to showcase the reliability and value of the network, aligning our technology with the client’s growth plans.
- Technical Liaison: Work closely with Sales Engineering and Support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve complex technical inquiries.
