Responsibilities

  • Graduate from Agent Launch
  • Execute lead generations systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in Lincoln Select Technology
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Qualifications

You’re a driven sales professional who shows up with grit and a competitive edge. You build rapport naturally, listen with intention, and know how to turn conversations into opportunities. You don’t wait for business—you go create it. Prospecting, lead generation, and consistent follow-up are part of your daily discipline. You’re comfortable navigating objections and confident guiding people to decisions that serve them.

You communicate clearly, act like an owner, and take pride in delivering a high-level client experience. You’re not just here to “do deals”—you’re here to build something meaningful, grow, and win as part of a team.

  • Licensed real estate professional
  • 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Learning based, growth-minded
  • Organized
  • Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
  • Excellent time management skills
Compensation

$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
