As a Regional Director, you will sell NRC Health solutions to the largest healthcare organizations in the country. You will lead the complex sales process, building strategic C‑suite level relationships across the prospective client organization. A deep understanding of the healthcare industry and its current challenges is essential to prompt prospects to rethink their approaches. You will also serve as the lead negotiator on these complex deals as they are brought to completion.
Whatyou need
- Bachelor’s Degree OR 5 years sales experience
- A demonstrated interest in and aptitude for strategic sales with a strong sense of self‑motivation
- Microsoft Suite (including Word, Excel, and Outlook) required; experience with a CRM system preferred
- High learning agility and ability to think critically
- The ability to travel up to 50%
- A valid driver’s license is required
Base salary range: $70,000 – $120,000 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. Some roles offer performance‑based variable compensation. Eligibility and potential payouts vary depending on the role and are tied to performance metrics. Final salary will be determined based on skills, education, and experience.
