• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and storm outreach.
• Some company leads may be provided.
• Conduct roof, gutter, siding, and other third party inspections.
• Educate homeowners and business owners on solutions, financing, and insurance claims.
• Prepare and present project proposals.
• Close sales and collect payments.
• Manage roofing projects from contract signing through completion.
• Meeting with insurance adjusters and helping throughout the claim process.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

Compensation and training details include:

• 6 weeks of training pay — $700 weekly to W2 Sales Reps.
• Running company leads — 2 per day on average after Week 1.
• $500 vehicle stipend monthly for 3 months; if you bring a minimum of 20 deals per quarter, the $500 monthly stipend could continue.
