Job Responsibilities:
As a Retail Sales Expert, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. Your main duties will include:
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommending products that best suit them
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets on a daily and monthly basis
- Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the shopping experience for customers
- Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
- Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Proven experience in a retail sales environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive and professional attitude
- The ability to work well in a team
- A passion for sales and customer service
Pay: $11 - $14 (plus commission)
Hours:
Full Time (5 days)
