Job Description
Remote opportunity; candidates MUST reside within Lincoln NE Territory as Primary, Eastern Nebraska, Western Iowa and South Dakota, for occasional travel to client sites, as needed.
CompensationBase salary + uncapped commissions (estimated OTE=$162k)
Additional compensation: monthly car allowance, mileage reimbursement, and a one‑time remote stipend.
Responsibilities- Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for Quadient business automation solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, IT, Operations, Customer Experience leaders)
- Conduct needs assessments and deliver tailored solution presentations aligned with client business objectives
- Partner with internal pre‑sales, technical, and implementation teams to ensure successful solution delivery
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and qualification to contract negotiation and close
- Stay current on industry trends, and Quadient product offerings
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and activity tracking in CRM systems
- 5+ years minimum, successful experience selling to B2B accounts
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
- Proficiency with CRM tools
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
