Schedule:

Up to 15 hours per week (Saturday & Sunday preferred, Friday flexibility)

• Demonstrate HP products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their needs.
• Engage customers and create a memorable experience while building rapport.
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
• Report sales activity and competitive insights to Retail Operations.
• Meet or exceed personal monthly sales quotas and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Keep work stations/kiosks clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Accurately document and report sales and submit all required paperwork.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Problem‑solving, tech‑savvy enthusiasm and an outgoing personality.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating product features.
• Ability to handle objections and connect with customer needs.
• Experience in retail or customer service in electronics, tech, or wireless a plus.
• Training or product demonstration experience a plus.
• 1‑year job experience required.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Commitment to maintaining customer confidentiality.

• Stable, weekly schedule.
