Earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay, plus up to $18,000 a year in individual‑based commissions if you meet all sales goals. Top performers can earn extra commissions, giving a total annual compensation ranging from $65,000 to $75,500+ in many regions.

High school diploma or GED.
One or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work or military experience.

Experience in a commission‑based environment (even better).
Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
Customer service experience (even better).
