Medicare Field Sales Representative

Compensation: $20–30 per hour with performance incentive and potential for a six‑figure income. Includes health benefits, 401(k), paid time off and additional perks.

• Sell and promote Medicare Advantage and DSNP products through face‑to‑face and outbound phone sales.
• Coordinate and deliver formal sales presentations to individuals and businesses.
• Arrange private appointments with clients and conduct follow‑up outreach.
• Generate new leads, process referrals, and perform independent prospecting.
• Qualify and educate prospective members on products, pricing and services, and assist with enrollment.
• Identify opportunities within the assigned territory by building relationships with healthcare providers, senior centers and network leaders.
• Promote additional products such as dental and vision when appropriate.

• 2–3 years of enterprise‑to‑client sales experience, ideally within health insurance.
• Valid fitness license and CMS certification (KY).
• Strong ability to develop community relationships with healthcare providers and senior‑focused facilities.
• Excellent presentation, communication and prospecting skills.
• Evidence of COVID vaccination.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage and Dual Eligible or DSNP plans.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Bilingual proficiency.
