Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Client Services Coordinator to be the welcoming first point of contact for individuals accessing EAP services. This vital position supports the smooth intake, coordination, and follow‑up of services and plays a key role in ensuring a positive client experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients via phone, email, and chat to guide them through available services.
- Schedule appointments with staff and affiliate counselors, wellness coaches, and legal/financial professionals.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure all required intake and scheduling data is completed.
- Coordinate and manage requests for legal, financial, and work‑life resources.
- Follow up with clients and affiliate providers to confirm connections, resolve concerns, and ensure service quality.
- Send appointment reminders and engagement surveys.
- Handle incoming calls and greet clients with professionalism and warmth.
- Support provider network management by maintaining updated records, assisting with outreach, and building positive relationships.
- Monitor provider availability and help coordinate referrals as needed, including virtual service options.
Qualifications:
- Strong preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Development, Human Services, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, client‑centered environment.
- Comfort using scheduling software and client databases
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Experience working with diverse populations and a genuine interest in helping others.
