You will work closely with firm leadership while having the autonomy to execute ideas, pursue partnerships, and create visibility within the community.

• Build and maintain strong referral networks with professionals, organizations, and community partners.
• Represent the firm at networking events, community engagements, and industry functions.
• Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities in the Lincoln market.
• Develop and execute creative outreach and business development initiatives.
• Conduct client consultations and convert opportunities into retained matters.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure a seamless client experience.

• Licensed to practice law in Nebraska (or ability to obtain licensure).
• Prior experience in family law is a plus, but not required.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in business development, networking, or client acquisition.
